James Needham

James joined Wesleyan in 2010 and held several leadership roles including Head of Financial Reporting and Chief Actuary until being appointed as Chief Product Officer in 2020. James is responsible for Wesleyan's actuarial activity and oversees the Society's product development and performance, identifying ways to improve customer outcomes. He is a financial reporting expert and has presented at a number of actuarial conferences.
