Kristine Lucas

Kristine Lucas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change execution and project management. Currently serving as Change Execution Manager at Wesleyan since August 2020, Kristine oversees end-to-end project management, business readiness, and stakeholder communications, successfully leading ongoing transformation projects. Previously, Kristine held the position of Global ATM Manager at HSBC, where responsibilities included managing change initiatives, fostering collaboration among teams, and implementing best practices for ATM functionality and customer experience. Earlier roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland involved various management and administrative positions, including Planning Manager and Business Management.
