Mick Gartside

Mick Gartside is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the financial services and customer operation sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Wesleyan since March 2020, Gartside oversees the Life, Pensions, and Protection teams through a significant system migration. Previous roles include Head of Operational Transformation at Wesleyan Group, Director of Operations at Practice Plan, and Head of Contact Centre at Lowell, managing large teams across diverse operational functions. Gartside's background also includes leadership positions at Yell, Coventry Building Society, Computershare Loan Services, British Gas, Nationwide Building Society, and Alliance & Leicester. Gartside holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leeds.
