Gravity Goldberg

Gravity Goldberg is an accomplished literacy expert with extensive experience in education and consulting. Currently serving as a Book Author at Corwin Literacy since October 2015 and as Director and Literacy Consultant at Gravity Goldberg, LLC since June 2012, Gravity leads a team dedicated to enhancing literacy instruction and supporting educators. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Iona College, where literacy and special education graduate courses were taught, and Instructor at Teachers College, Columbia University, specializing in literacy for preservice educators. Additional experience includes positions as a Literacy Coach at Tuckahoe Union Free School District and Staff Developer at the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project. Gravity Goldberg holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Reading Teacher Education from Boston College and the Boston College Lynch School.
