Currently serving as Director in Denmark for Nordic P&I Group and Manager for WESMANS, Mariika oversees P&I correspondence services and marine survey operations across Nordic countries, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Prior roles include Senior Marine Claims Executive and Lawyer at WESMANS and Legal & Business Consultant at Promare ApS. With a solid foundation in legal matters from positions at Clipper Group A/S and other leading firms, Mariika holds advanced degrees in Law and an Executive MBA specializing in Shipping & Logistics from Copenhagen Business School.
