Kyle Roux

Kyle Roux, CFM, FMP, is a Facilities Engineer at West Bend Mutual Insurance since September 2015, focusing on construction planning, project management, HVAC system and BAS operation, real estate master planning, and budget management. A member of IFMA since 2008, Kyle has held various leadership roles, including President of the Madison Chapter. Previously, Kyle served as the Assistant Director of Facilities for the Wisconsin Department of Administration, managing multiple state facilities and project initiatives. A retired Chief Petty Officer from the US Navy Reserve, Kyle completed 11 years of active service on nuclear submarines and 12 years in naval shipyard engineering. Additional experience includes time as Facility Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Healthcare Maintenance Technician at Beaver Dam Community Hospital. Kyle holds a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from Lakeland University and an Associate degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Barron County.
