Maggie Treml

Maggie Treml is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at West Bend Insurance Company since December 2017. In this role, Maggie oversees the organization’s enterprise risk management program, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures addressing operational, market, and financial risks. Previously, Maggie held positions as Manager and Internal Audit Specialist in the same department, focusing on risk-based financial and operational audits while enhancing internal controls and operational efficiency.
