Previously, Paul held roles at Pacific Mercantile Bank, directing program management and product management efforts from September 2015 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Rabobank, N.A. and BNY Mellon, where Paul managed electronic banking teams and implemented significant operational improvements. Paul started their career at Far East National Bank as an IT Project Manager. Paul holds a B.S. in Mathematics, Applied from California State University, Los Angeles.
