Hank Ketcham is the Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Ketcham was President until April 2012 and retired from the position of Chief Executive Officer effective March 1, 2013 when his title as Chairman was redesignated as Executive Chairman. On April 19, 2016, Mr. Ketcham relinquished the executive position and was designated Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ketcham has been actively involved with the Company since 1973. He was formerly a director of The Toronto-Dominion Bank and Chairman of the B.C. Business Council.
