Matthew Cogle currently serves as Fleet Performance Manager and has also held the position of Acting Head of Fleet Technical & Performance at West Midlands Trains since September 2018. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Porterbrook from September 2012 to September 2018, where positions included Fleet Engineer and Graduate Engineer. Matthew Cogle earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, graduating in 2012.
