Thomas Case has extensive experience in roles focused on accessibility, equality, and community support. Presently, Thomas serves as a Train Presentation Operative at Northern and is involved with CROSS COUNTRY TRAINS LIMITED as a member of the Cross Country Accessibility Panel. Additionally, Thomas contributes to the West Midlands Trains Stakeholder Equality Group, emphasizing staff education on passenger needs. As a Tenant Inspector for Torus, Thomas provides feedback on the housing association’s work. In a voluntary capacity, Thomas chairs the Knowsley Autism Service Development Group, collaborating with various organizations to support autistic adults. Thomas's experience also includes roles at the National Police Autism Association, membership on the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s fairness and social justice advisory board, and previous positions at ISS and Knowsley Council.
