Dean Konick

Dean Konick, Jr. is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services, commercial banking, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Director of Financial Services and Director of Partnerships at West Monroe, Dean has held several leadership roles including Senior Principal and Principal in Strategic Management Consulting. Previously, Dean worked at BMO Harris Bank where responsibilities included Vice President roles in policy and regulatory management, small business resource management, and consulting management, significantly contributing to compliance and performance improvement across multiple business lines. Dean's career also includes tenure at 5/3 Bank, Advantage National Bank Group, and National City Bank, where strategic portfolio management led to substantial growth in assets and revenue. Dean holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
