Laurie Lovett

Laurie Lovett serves as a Board Member at West Monroe and has an extensive background in human resources leadership spanning multiple organizations. At Nielsen, Laurie held the position of Global Chief People Officer, overseeing global culture and talent strategy, while at Verisk Analytics, Laurie was the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, leading a team to support cultural change and growth initiatives. Laurie's experience at Accenture included various roles focusing on HR operations, strategy, and change management over a distinguished 21-year tenure. Previous positions also include Training and Organization Development Manager at Hess Corporation and participating in an HR Executive Training program at AIG. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Data Science Certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
