Since December 2005, Vincent has implemented behavioral and rehabilitation interventions, coordinated staffing, and supported clients in achieving both short and long-term goals. Responsibilities also include participating in educational and research activities, completing documentation, providing physical care, assessing client abilities, and promoting self-efficacy and independence. Vincent holds a diploma in Social Sciences from Centennial College and has studied Psychology with a minor in Philosophy at York University.
