Paul Lockman

Paul Lockman is a highly experienced academic and healthcare professional with a notable career in medical education and poison information. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President, Senior Associate Dean, and Professor at West Virginia University since November 2013, Lockman previously held positions at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Assessment from February 2012 to November 2013, as well as an Assistant Professor from August 2005 to November 2012. Earlier in the career, Lockman worked at the Panhandle Poison Center as a Certified Specialist in Poison Information from 1997 to 2003, providing consultation on clinical poisoning recommendations and treatments. Lockman holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Texas Tech Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University.
