Whitney Stout

Whitney Stout is a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategic operations and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations for WVU Online at West Virginia University since May 2025. Previously, Stout held various roles at Lupl from October 2022 to April 2025, including Senior Customer Success & Change Manager, focusing on technology adoption and change management within the legal sector. Stout's experience also includes positions at IPRO and South Carolina Legal Services, where efforts were directed towards process improvements and client engagement. Stout holds a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Salem College.
