Josh Rozen

Josh Rozen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and research sectors. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at Westat since January 2024, Josh previously excelled as a Senior Programmer at Insight Policy Research from February 2019 to December 2023, and as VP & Director of IT at Mathematica Policy Research from October 1994 to March 2018, overseeing IT operations for a leading social policy research organization. At Mathematica, Josh managed substantial budgets, negotiated vendor contracts, supervised a large IT staff, and facilitated numerous IT initiatives, including cloud migration and the implementation of a corporate-wide Project Management Office. Earlier, Josh contributed programming expertise at the International Food Policy Research Institute and the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, showcasing a strong foundation in statistical research applications and data management. Josh Rozen holds a BA in History and a BS in Computer Science from Penn State University.
