Kulvinder Kaur

Kulvinder Kaur, PMP, has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, currently serving as a Software Test Manager for the MEPS Project at Westat since July 2015. Responsibilities include developing testing plans, enforcing standard test processes, and leading efforts in manual and automation testing. Previously held positions include Sr. IT Specialist for Montgomery County Government and Manager of Systems Integration & Test at ACS, where Kulvinder managed critical state projects. Other roles involved leadership positions at Regent Education, Thomson Reuters, and Thomson Financial, where contributions included the implementation of QA processes, test leadership for multimillion dollar projects, and the establishment of QA teams. Kulvinder holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Communications Engineering from I.E.T.E.
