Shannon van Loon

Shannon Van Loon is an experienced leader in child development and family services, currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at Westchester Jewish Community Services since March 2017, and previously held the role of Assistant Executive Director - Children, Youth and Family Services. Prior to this, Shannon was the Vice President of Strategic Development at the New York Center for Child Development from September 2008 to March 2017, and served as the Associate Director of Business Development at The Doe Fund from October 2003 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Education in Administration, Policy and Social Planning from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
