Lukasz Manczak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at DeepOcean since August 2022, Lukasz has a significant background with Westcon Group since July 2006, where roles have included Technical Coordinator, Senior Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Engineer. Prior to this, Lukasz held the position of Production Manager at Shipyard Konstal in Wroclaw, Poland, managing groups of 10 to 70 individuals and overseeing quality, logistics, job planning, and engineering tasks. Lukasz also worked as a Shipbuilding Engineer at Shipyard Konstal in Nowa Sol from October 2002 to December 2005, focusing on shipbuilding supervision and technical solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in General Design of Ships from the Technical University of Szczecin and project management coursework from BI Norwegian Business School.
