Malachy McCormick

Malachy McCormick is an accomplished organizational development professional with extensive experience in educational equity, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as an Organizational Development Program Associate II at WestEd since January 2014, McCormick provides equity-driven technical assistance and support in various areas including resource development and community engagement. Previously held positions include Program Coordinator at WestEd, where capacity building and project management for local and state education agencies were key responsibilities, as well as Program Assistant and later Program Coordinator managing a significant educational research program. McCormick briefly worked as an Organizational Development Manager at Think Together and as Project Office Manager at Shimmick Construction, overseeing a major project to enhance operational efficiency. McCormick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Relations from the University of the Pacific.
