Susan Jones

Susan Jones, PMP, is a seasoned professional in product management and payments, currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Card and Commercial Payments at Western Alliance Bank since June 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Program Manager for Hyperwallet/PayPal Payouts at PayPal from May 2021 to June 2022, and VP of Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Payment Product Management at City National Bank from August 2017 to January 2021. Susan also held the position of VP/Debit ATM Product Manager at Union Bank from May 2007 to December 2016, and Senior Project Manager in Fintech Product Development at UNX from December 2001 to May 2007.
