Chris Pate

Chris Pate currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at True North Advisors, overseeing the Wealth Management and Wealth Planning teams while also participating in the Management Committee, Investment Committee, and Leadership Team. Pate has been with True North since January 2019 following the merger with Western Research & Management and holds the title of Managing Director for True North Fort Worth. Additionally, Pate is a Managing Director at Western Commerce Group, focusing on asset management across various investment classes since February 2011. Previous experience includes positions at Q Investments, where Pate started in trading and advanced to managing recruiting operations. Pate holds a BBA in Finance/Economics from Texas Wesleyan University, earned from 1996 to 2000.
