Adriana Varon possesses extensive experience in flow assurance engineering, currently serving as a Staff Facilities Engineer at Western Midstream since April 2019, focusing on hydraulic calculations and models for oil, gas, and water systems in West Texas. Prior roles include Flow Assurance Engineer at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and INTECSEA, with responsibilities covering hydraulic calculations and operational support. Adriana's earlier experience includes significant technical roles at KBR/Granherne, Pegasus Universal, and Advantica, where work involved flow assurance feasibility studies, line sizing, surge analysis, and the management of hydrate formation in multi-phase production flowlines. Adriana holds an MSc in Energy and Environmental Engineering from The University of Sheffield and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de América.
