Jeffrey Gritton

Jeffrey Gritton is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on operations and facilities within the energy sector. Currently serving as Operations Engineering Manager for Western Midstream since March 2020, Gritton has held multiple roles including Operations Engineering Manager for the South Region Plants and West Texas, and Staff Facilities Engineer. Prior to this, Gritton gained valuable experience at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where roles included Staff and Senior Facilities Engineer from December 2014 to March 2020, and at Murphy Oil as a Facilities Engineer. Gritton began a career in engineering at Celanese, serving as both Process/Production Engineer and Process Engineer from 2009 to 2012. Academically, Gritton holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.
