Megan Bruegger

Megan Bruegger, CPA, serves as the Human Resources Director for Benefits at Western Midstream since March 2020, overseeing a comprehensive benefits program designed to enhance employee well-being while also managing the Social Involvement program. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation for a decade, including Treasury Advisor for Corporate Finance related to pensions, and HR Advisor for Benefits, where responsibilities included managing benefit plan investments and leading special projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Megan holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
