Sam Barbaro has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Sam started their career as a Solicitor at Phillips Fox Lawyers in 1997 and later moved to Minter Ellison Lawyers, where they worked as a Senior Associate from 2000 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Western Power and held various positions such as Senior Legal Counsel, General Counsel, and Acting Chief Executive Officer. Sam also served as Deputy Chair and Board Member at Leadership WA and is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Energy Networks Australia. Additionally, they have been a Board Member of the Fiona Wood Foundation since 2013.
Sam Barbaro completed the Signature Leadership Program at Leadership WA in 2011. Additionally, Sam obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Western Australia.
