Western Shipping Southeast Asia, Inc. is a Philippine corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is accredited as a licensed Manning Agency by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

The Company was incorporated under Philippine Laws in December 2004 and was issued by POEA an accreditation as a Manning Agency. It started its operations by March 2005.

As a Manning Agent, Western Shipping Southeast Asia, Inc. is engaged in the selection, hiring, and deployment of Filipino seafarers for the vessels of its various principals. At present, the company provides seafarers to a fleet of 
Oil , Product , Chemical Tanker and Bulk Carriers.
