Jun Wang is an accomplished professional in the field of construction management with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as Vice President at The International Society for Smart Construction and Production since July 2024, Jun also holds the position of Director of the Digital Engineering Lab and is a Senior Lecturer at Western Sydney University. Additionally, Jun is an Educator and Content Developer at the Institute of Applied Technology, focusing on Microcredentials related to CAD, BIM, and cost estimation in construction. With a research background at the Sustainable Built Environment National Research Centre, Jun’s previous appointments include Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne, Lecturer at Deakin University, and Research Fellow at Curtin University, where leadership roles in the Australasian Joint Research Centre for Building Information Modelling were undertaken. Jun Wang holds a Ph.D. in Construction Management from Curtin University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field from Chongqing University.
