In 2020, Kristine Neate assumed the newly created position of Chief of Staff, a role designed to focus on the coordination, efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise leadership team and broader Westfield organization. In this role, Neate ensures alignment across strategic, high-priority initiatives; increases the depth and breadth of enterprise leadership’s organizational perspective; and provides thought leadership and orchestration of strategic enterprise communications. Kristine’s reputation as a highly credible and trusted enterprise leader will be fully leveraged in the Chief of Staff role.
Since joining Westfield in 1993, Kristine has had a diverse set of career experiences, with a focus in the commercial lines space, including field underwriting, new to career hire recruiting and training, marketing, and several leadership roles in product development, risk control and premium audit. Neate played a key leadership role in the Small Business Transformation and most recently served as interim CHRO.
Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a graduate of Leadership Medina County, former Medina City Schools Foundation board member, former Medina County Operation H.O.M.E.S board member, and 2015 recipient of the YWCA Women of Professional Excellence award.
