Alan R. Blair

Alan R. Blair is an accomplished IT professional with significant experience in information technology and security. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Westfield State University since November 2013, Alan holds a dual title as Executive Director of Information Technology and Information Security Officer. Previous roles include President of Westfield Youth Lacrosse from 2011 to June 2015, Vice President of Technical Services at Mobius Works, LLC from April 2013 to November 2013, Chief Technology Officer at Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services, and Director for Technical Services at Epi-Center. Alan's career began after serving as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army from December 1989 to August 1998. Alan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Westfield State University from 1998 to 2003.
