Nancy Bals

Nancy Bals has extensive experience in athletics and business management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Athletics for Business & Operations at Westfield State University since March 1996, Nancy has been instrumental in overseeing athletic programs and operations. In addition, Nancy is the owner and manager of Bals Properties LLC, which has successfully handled multiple rental properties, including a highly-rated VRBO vacation rental. Prior to this, Nancy was the Head Women's Basketball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Endicott College from October 1992 to March 1996. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern New Mexico University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Western Texas College.
