Susan McDiarmid

Susan McDiarmid, EdD, MS, PA-C, currently serves as the Interim Program Director and Associate Professor of Health Sciences at Westfield State University, where the first PA Program at a public institution in New England is established. In addition, Susan works as a per diem Physician Assistant in the Neighborhood Health Division at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, providing essential healthcare services through a mobile health clinic. Other roles include serving as a Director at Large on the MAPA Board and as a Workshop Facilitator for the PA Education Association. Previous positions encompass various leadership and clinical roles in health sciences and emergency medicine, alongside a strong academic foundation with degrees in Higher Education Leadership and Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University and Springfield College, respectively.
