Alissa Serra

Alissa Serra is a Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications Specialist at Westfield Bank since April 2023. Previously, Alissa served as Communications Manager and Communications Specialist at Pathlight from January 2020 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Digital Marketing Specialist at Access to Media from May 2019 to October 2019, and as Graphic Designer at the Westfield State University Career Center from September 2016 to May 2018, focusing on the creation of brochures and marketing materials. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Graphic Design from Westfield State University, completed in June 2019.
