Dale McFarland

Dale McFarland is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Area General Manager at Westgate Resorts since January 2022. Previously, Dale founded and led Veracity Hospitality as President and CEO from June 2013 to January 2022, focusing on improving financial performance and property presentation for KeyLime Cove. Dale has held various general management roles, notably at KeyLime Cove Indoor Waterpark Resort and Great Wolf Lodge, where responsibilities included repositioning properties as leading waterpark destinations. Earlier experience includes senior management positions at ARAMARK, overseeing significant operations and accounts, as well as an Assistant General Manager role at Doubletree Hotel. Dale holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Washington State University and furthered education in Hospitality Management and Leadership Development.
