Elena Sabatini

Elena Sabatini currently serves as the Transformation Lead at Westminster City Council, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Elena was with Nesta for nearly five years, progressing through various titles including Senior Manager, Senior Consultant, and Programme Manager within the People Powered Results team. Elena gained experience at Certitude as a Business Development Manager and previously worked in multiple roles including Service Development Officer and Development Bid Writer. Elena's early career includes participation in the Charityworks graduate trainee program, a summer consultancy with UNCDF, and a position as a Development Analyst at Epic Foundation. Academic credentials include an MSc in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Middle Eastern Studies from SOAS University of London.
