Ben Knocks

Ben Knocks currently serves as Vice Principal and previously as Assistant Principal at Weston College since August 2017, leading efforts to enhance student experience and support throughout the student journey. As part of the college's leadership team, Ben is accountable for increasing learner numbers and ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. Ben also holds the position of Chair of Governors at Worle Community School - Academy since October 2019. Prior roles include School Partnerships, Careers and Employability Manager at Bath College and Schools and Careers Manager at Weston College, focusing on student recruitment, partnerships with local schools, and employability services. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Bath Spa University and multiple qualifications in leadership, management, and advice and guidance from various institutions.
