Matthew Plourde has extensive experience in the construction and building materials industry. Currently serving as Assistant Sales Manager and Account Manager for the Construction Group at Weston Forest since February 2020, Matthew is responsible for acquiring and managing construction accounts, ranging from small owner/operator businesses to large international firms. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Danforth Lumber from May 2004 to January 2020, including General Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Specialist, Delivery Driver, and Yard Shipper, overseeing operations, sales staff coordination, and product line expansion. Matthew also owned Trireme Consulting from November 2018 to December 2019, connecting end-users with suitable suppliers, and served as Apiary Manager at Greenwood Farms from April 2017 to September 2019. Matthew holds a degree from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2007.
