Emily McBride

Emily McBride (Brennan) has over 18 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR for Customer Solutions and HR Services at Westpac since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations for the Westpac Institutional Bank. Emily previously held various HR Business Partner roles at Westpac, contributing to different client groups including WIB, Finance, and Group Treasury. Prior to Westpac, Emily was an HR Business Partner at J.P. Morgan from 2005 to May 2015, focusing on the Corporate and Investment Bank’s Operations Division. Emily earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney between 1998 and 2001.
