Brady Hayes is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing at WESTPAK, Inc. since September 2022, Brady previously held the position of Vice President of Sales for Connected Technologies at Element Materials Technology, where a new business unit was developed to diversify the company’s core base in Aerospace. Prior to that, as Director of North American Sales for Consumer Technology at UL, Brady restructured the sales organization to meet revenue objectives. Brady also held leadership roles at Intertek, Flextronics, and T-Mobile USA, significantly contributing to sales growth and operational efficiency. The professional journey began with founding Alltek Communications, a telecommunications company, which achieved a decade of consecutive growth under Brady's leadership before being sold in 2006.
