Genesis De Leon is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in the fashion and textile industries, currently serving as a Designer at WestPoint Home since July 2019, focusing on luxury bedding and bath products. Previous roles include Textile Designer at Rugs America, where color palette development and CAD creation were key responsibilities, and Design Assistant at Azim Group, supporting the Creative Director in all stages of design development. Genesis also held internships at Cynthia Rowley and Garciavelez LLC, gaining hands-on experience in collection development, fabric sourcing, and production management. A graduate of Istituto Marangoni with a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design, Genesis demonstrates a strong skill set in trend forecasting, technical sketching, and project management.
