Ramiro Ochoa joined Westport Properties and US Storage Centers in 2017. Currently, Ramiro leads Westport’s business development efforts across the United States focusing on expanding the company’s Third Party Management partnerships. In addition to directing business development for Westport’s self-storage vertical, Ramiro is responsible for overseeing the firm’s retail and office portfolio.
Ramiro studied economics at the University of Southern California, is a NAIOP Forums member and serves on two non-profit boards focused on promoting education in underserved communities; Santa Ana College Foundation and High School, Inc Foundation.
