Nicolette Hook

Nicolette Hook, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Division Program Engineering at WestRock Company, a position held since January 2019. In this role, Nicolette designed and managed the Enterprise Sustainability Program, overseeing 22 workstreams and over 100 contributors, which led to the company's commitment to key environmental goals. Additional responsibilities include managing cross-functional strategic projects, forming a new team for complex program management, and developing strategies for extensive optimization programs. Prior experience includes roles as Division Project Engineer at WestRock, Process Engineer at International Paper, and Engineering Co-op at Gaylord Chemical Company LLC, focusing on project implementation, cost reductions, and safety training.
