Alice Flath is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership within the pet care and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Wet Noses® Natural Dog Treat Company since November 2024, Alice previously held multiple significant roles at Instinct, including Vice President of Sales for North America, where responsibilities encompassed omni-channel sales, revenue growth management, and retail marketing. Alice's experience also includes senior positions at Hawkins, Inc. and Vertex Chemical Corporation, along with foundational roles in pharmaceutical sales at Eli Lilly and tax advisory at Ernst & Young. Alice earned an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Economics from Skidmore College.
