Yves Benchimol has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Teaching Assistant at Lycee Suger. In 2013, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Dassault Falcon Jet. In 2014, Yves served as a Software Engineering Intern at Producteev by Jive. From 2015 to 2019, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Occi.io, a startup focused on improving shopper experience through data analytics. Since 2019, Yves has been the CEO and co-founder of WeWard, a mobile application that rewards users for their physical activities.
Yves Benchimol obtained a Baccalauréat Scientifique with a specialization in Scientific and Mathematics from Lycée Albert Calmette in the years 2006 to 2009. Following that, they attended Massena for Classes Préparatoires in the years 2009 to 2011, with a focus on Math Sup/Math Spé in MPSI-MP (Math, Physics, Computer Sciences). Yves then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Entrepreneurship at École Polytechnique from 2011 to 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Yves Benchimol obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in December 2013. Yves further pursued their education by attending the Silicon Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program at the University of California, Berkeley for a Master's degree from 2014 to 2015.
