Matthew Dixon

Matthew Dixon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Finance & Operations at WeWork since June 2017, Matthew has progressively advanced through various roles, including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager within the same department. Additionally, Matthew is a Partner at Sea Dog Capital since 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Barclays from June 2015 to May 2017 and as a Private Equity Analyst at Rubenstein Partners, focusing on real estate from August 2013 to May 2015. Matthew began a finance career with a summer internship as an Investment Analyst at the NYS Teachers' Retirement System in 2012. Matthew holds both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Financial Engineering and Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
