Kalpi Desai

Kalpi Desai is an accomplished professional currently serving as the VP of Product at WEX since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kalpi held the position of VP/GM of Product Management for Commuter & HealthEquity Payments at HealthEquity from April 2023 to July 2025. Kalpi also has significant experience from Marqeta, Inc, where from April 2020 to April 2023, Kalpi led the development of the program management product team and managed four product teams. Earlier experience includes working in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to April 2020 and serving as a consultant at Capgemini from 2011 to 2014. Kalpi Desai holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
