Kara Johnson

Kara Johnson is an experienced professional in client services and shared services operations, currently serving as a Global Client Services Business Partner at WEX since June 2020. Prior to this role, Kara held various senior leadership positions at Discovery Benefits from 2006 to the present, including Senior Vice President of Shared Services & Readiness, overseeing centralized training, content management, and change management initiatives. Kara's experience also includes Vice President positions focusing on client onboarding and plan management, as well as an earlier role as COBRA Manager at Fargo-Moorhead YMCA. Kara holds a degree in Pre-Law, Criminal Justice, and Political Science from North Dakota State University, completed in 1996.
