Kristy Kinney

Kristy Kinney currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Health & Benefits Growth at WEX, focusing on expanding market presence, accelerating revenue growth, and enhancing customer retention with P&L ownership. Prior to this role, Kristy was WEX’s Chief Transformation Officer, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing performance and driving revenue growth. Kristy's experience also includes positions at Accenture as the Federal Strategy & Market Lead for Analytics, as well as various leadership roles at Agilex Technologies, Booz Allen Hamilton, and USIS. Kristy earned a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Quinnipiac University.
