Lori Norman Cbci

Lori Norman, holding certifications as CBCI, MBCI, and CPP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Resilience and Third Party Risk Management at WEX, where responsibilities include designing the Global Resilience Organization and overseeing resilience functions across critical business services. Key achievements include the development of a crisis management framework and leading responses during complex crises to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. Previously, Lori held the position of Director of Organizational Resilience at The Business Continuity Institute Limited and served on the Board of Directors. Lori also directed Security Operations and Business Continuity at Quality Technology Services, managed Corporate Emergency Management at ExpressJet Airlines, and served as Sergeant-Unit Commander in the Atlanta Police Department.
